When is the event taking place?

Saturday 31st May 2025. 

What are the set times? 
 

GATES OPEN: 1PM

ELLUR: 1.50PM – 2.20PM

HOTWAX: 2.45PM – 3.15PM

WE ARE SCIENTISTS: 3.40PM – 4.20PM

THE CORAL: 4.50PM – 5.35PM

THE CRIBS: 6.05PM – 6.50PM

RAZORLIGHT: 7.20PM – 8.20PM

KAISER CHIEFS: 8.50PM – 10.30PM

Kaiser Chiefs will finish their performance by 10.30pm and the bars will be open across the site until 11pm.

 

Getting in smoothly: Please have your tickets ready for inspection when you arrive at the entrance tents. As mentioned previously, please ensure your tickets are visible in your See Tickets Wallet app BEFORE leaving for the event.

 

Security checks and searches are in place on entry, and we recommend you bring I.D. Valid forms of I.D. include cards bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or passport.

 

Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm) will NOT be permitted to the event.

 

For anything larger than A3, you should use our bag drop service. Please note that your bag may be searched prior to it being accepted into the store and you will not be able to access it once inside.

 

What are the age restrictions?
Children under 14 years of age (aged 5-13) must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) and will need to purchase a full-price ticket.  Children under 5 are not permitted.   We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18’s on-site.
A check 25 age verification policy will be in operation for the sale or supply of alcohol. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to those that are intoxicated, or are likely to become intoxicated if further alcohol is served


What items are prohibited?

Your safety is paramount, and we continuously liaise with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place.  In order to ensure this is a safe environment mandatory bag searches will be carried out and we may search you, your clothing or other items.

Several items are prohibited, these include but are not exhausted to:

·      Glass,

·      Alcohol,

·      Food & Drink* 

·      Large, professional cameras,

·      Recording equipment,

·      Chairs & foldout blankets,

·      Large sports umbrellas

·      Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm)
* Should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please contact the event organiser prior to arrival.

What facilities are available on site?

 

All bars and food traders will be CARD ONLY.  Merch stands will be taking cash and card, as will artist merch stands.  Please note there will be NO cash points onsite this year.

There will be public water points throughout the site and several food vendors to suit all requirements, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.

There will be two Info and Security Points across the site should you have any questions about your visit.    Should you have any safety concerns during your visit, please alert a member of security immediately. 

 

Keeping your belongings safe: In the current climate of phone thefts at events, we have to accept that events will be targeted.  If you suspect that your phone has been stolen or if you see anyone acting suspiciously, please do not approach the suspect yourself and seek security assistance immediately.  If you are in the pit or close enough to the barrier please make security aware.  If you are not near pit security, please leave the area immediately and visit one of our INFO & SECURITY points to report it.  The faster phone theft is reported the faster our security teams can act in catching the culprits.  

 

There will be security constantly patrolling the event, alongside plain clothes security undercover in the crowd.  There will be random searches on the way out if we find we are being affected by pick-pockets on the day of the event. Please do not be offended if you are asked, we must do everything we can to stop them.  Please help us catch the people who prey on fans of music.

 

Safe Gigs For Women will also have a stall onsite should you have any safety concerns or need somewhere to have a chat, have a breather or take some time for yourself– they are located by the main gate when you 

 

Can I bring in a refillable water bottle?

Yes, refillable PLASTIC water bottles are permitted but they must be empty upon arrival.  1 x 500ml unopened plastic bottle of water are also permitted.

 

Can I leave once I have entered?

No, pass-outs are not permitted.  Once you have left the site there will be no re-entry.

What if it rains?

This is an open-air event, please plan for the weather.  Small personal umbrellas are permitted but large golf umbrellas are not. 

 

Can I park at the event?

Yes, you can purchase tickets here
 

The gates for the event will open at 1pm.

The car park also opens at 1pm.

 

Please do not arrive to the car park before 1pm – the car park entrance is close to a major highway network and motorway, and this may result in a queue impacting the highway network.

 

Please ensure that you have your parking ticket ready to show upon arrival.

 

IMPORTANT: there are different entrances for parking and for taxis or dropping off / collecting.

 

PARKING: Parking is available to purchase in advance and we highly advise that you do this.  You will receive a pdf parking pass attached to your booking, please print this if you are able to – if you do not have access to a printer then presenting it on your phone upon arrival for scanning will also be sufficient.   The parking pass will also include very clear instructions on how to access the car park, please follow these instructions and DO NOT follow any signage or sat nav directions for Temple Newsam House.

 

Please do not follow any postcodes found online for the event location. Postcodes only lead to a postal area and not an exact point. We recommend the use of the what3words app for pinpointing exact locations. 

 

Please note – Strictly no vehicles are to be left in the car park overnight.



Is the event accessible by public transport?

By Shuttle: Shuttle bus tickets to and from Leeds City Centre are available to purchase.  Single or return tickets are available and they can be purchased here.
 

The running times are as below:

 

Sovereign Street, Leeds City Centre to the event – 12pm – 6pm

Event to City Centre – 10pm – 1am

 

The Leeds City Centre DROP-OFF point after the event is outside Quarry Hill Campus at Leeds City College on the A61.

There will be enough shuttles to facilitate everyone that wishes to use them.

By Taxi: 
 There is no dedicated taxi partner for this event.  Please note that taxi’s will be extremely limited so either book in advance or find other means of transport home.

 

ELM TREE WALK IS CLOSED TO EVENT TRAFFIC. FOR DROP-OFFS PLEASE APPROACH USING TEMPLE NEWSAM ROAD ONLY

For everyone travelling by public transport, being picked up, or getting on a shuttle bus please exit the event through the main pedestrian exit – this is for your own safety to avoid the busy roundabout and traffic leaving site.
